Family with kids needs this

I really loved the location, it was ideal for walking to many sights, and the staff were quite helpful even when my daughter needed support. Plus, the breakfast had great options, and we got daily treats like donuts, can’t beat that kind of hospitality.

It wasn’t inexpensive but given the overall experience, I think it was still acceptable.

The beds were incredibly hard, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Housekeeping was lacking. I often had to ask for fresh towels, and on one occasion, they left used towels on the floor. Additionally, communication was difficult since not all staff spoke English, leaving my concerns unheard.

It was just a commendable fit for a city escape in Tokyo with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff was really helpful in accommodating my requests, which made my stay pleasant.

Conveniently located in a quiet area, the proximity to shopping and dining options makes exploration easy. The staff is exceptionally friendly, providing help with luggage forwarding, while the room was clean and adequately sized for a family with children. Pyjamas and slippers were provided, adding a personal touch. Breakfast was a bit repetitive but the inclusion of vegetarian options and delicious homemade cakes improved the experience significantly.

Great location near Senso-ji, but the wifi was spotty during our stay.

I found it convenient to have coffee available in the lobby. After a long day of exploring, that little detail made my mornings better. The close proximity to various places made it easy for me to get around and enjoy everything.

The room felt a bit cramped. While it had the essentials, the space was not sufficient for my luggage and personal items after a week of travel.

The B Asakusa features lovely modern decor and spacious rooms, which made it easy for me to navigate comfortably as a senior. The helpful staff were always attentive, ensuring my stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

Shower water temperature was difficult to adjust.

Comfy room, clean room with a flat-screen TV, complemented by a helpful staff who provided free coffee and snacks in the lobby while being just a 5-minute walk from the train station.

Everything was exactly right.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room and it was really spacious, which was great since we had a lot of luggage. The cleanliness was on point, and I appreciated that the room was cleaned daily. There was enough space for everyone, and I rarely heard any noise from neighbors. The corner location was cool too! Overall, comfy place to crash after a day out.

I had a fantastic stay with a quiet, comfortable atmosphere and amazing proximity to Nakamise Shopping Street, just a short stroll away, and the large expanse of Ueno Park, perfect for a relaxing walk amongst nature and city views.
